The calendar shows no times
Advisors publish their own availability, and nobody can be booked without it. If no slots appear, the advisor has not opened any for that period. Fix: Look at the following week. If there is still nothing, message the advisor and ask them to open more times — that is a normal request, not an imposition. My booking was cancelled and I never paid
An unpaid booking holds a slot nobody else can book, so it does not wait indefinitely. You get a reminder after 3 hours, and after 24 hours the booking is cancelled and the time goes back to the advisor.Nothing was charged at any point. Book again — though that particular time may have gone.
Checkout says the session time has already passed
Whetstone will not take payment for a session that has been and gone. Pick a new time and book that instead.I can’t book the second or third session of my package
Only the first session is scheduled at checkout. Open the booking and use the Schedule a session panel, which lists your advisor’s available times and how many sessions you have left to book. The panel only appears on a paid booking, and only while sessions remain unscheduled. It says the advisor isn’t taking bookings
Advisors can pause their account, and occasionally one is taken out of service by our team. If that happened after you started, you will be told at the point you try to book or pay rather than after your money has gone. Fix: Choose someone else from your shortlist. If nobody on it is available any more, your shortlist page will say so and our team is already building you a new one — see Find an advisor.Nothing is charged when this happens. If you had an unpaid booking with that advisor, it simply will not go through to payment.
